Job burnout, also known as "professional failure", "vocational exhaustion" refers to the individual who appears physical, emotional and cognitive comprehensive failure status under long--term working pressure situations. Studies found that in human—services professional field, job burnout is in high incidence. Teachers are high-risk groups of job burnout. If the phenomenon of teachers’ job burnout is not effectively controlled, it will not only seriously affect the physical and mental health of teachers, hinder the teachers’ professional development, but also the students’ future development and the formation of the sound personality. Young teachers plays an essential role in the whole teacher groups, they will directly affect the sustainable development of teachers. Therefore, the study of teachers’ job burnout has certain practical significance.This study is based on the authors’ own work experience and surrounding colleagues’ current situation, Using research and visiting method to analyze the young teachers’job burnout manifestations of Wuhan NO.3 Middle School, analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of young teachers’ job burnout, and discussed countermeasures to reduce teachers’ sense of job burnout from the reality of the school. Research results show that the phenomenon of teachers’ job burnout are quite common in Wuhan NO.3 Middle School. The main problem is young teachers are generally under sub--health condition, occupational disease younger, usually without energy when faced with work and life trivial, young teachers’ psychology also appear generally bad state of boredom, loss of support and escape etc. This article analyzed the cause and damage of teachers’ job burnout from four aspects:the young teachers themselves, the students, the school and the society. On this basis, it advanced countermeasures of cutting young teachers’ job burnout from three aspects:the teachers themselves, the school administrators and the society. Teachers’ own countermeasure is keep healthy, and develop healthy psychological quality, strengthen the professional quality training, focus on cultivation of communication ability. It reauires the principal respect and trust young teachers fully in management, protect the lawful rights and interests of young teachers, evaluate them fairly and reasonably, put them in the appropriate position, make reasonable arrangement to their work. The expectation to the society is to establish the reasonable social support system, and strive to improve young teachers’ social and economic status, to construct the harmonious education community, to aid the teachers who are in burnout period, to establish flexible evaluation systems.
