Since the introduction of MOOC in 2012,MOOC had gradually become the object of the pursuit and research of many colleges and universities.Along with the reform of vocational education,teachers' problems seriously affected it's transformation development.For the reality factor of short-term teachers' problem cannot properly be solved,MOOC gradually was introduced into the vocational education.But as things stand,vocational colleges was still in their infancy,which research focusing on the development of MOOC platform,development present situation and prospect,conceptual knowledge,etc.Vocational colleges was relatively lack of teaching design,so the study of it is conducive to the further development of vocational colleges for teaching design in our country,at the same time can also help the transformation of vocational education development.Used document analysis method and experimental method,this paper designed one-week-scheme of MOOC for Grooming Creates Professional Image,which containing five parts,learning condition analysis,instructional objectives design,learners analysis,teaching strategy setting,instructional evaluation design.With the help of the questionnaire,this paper analyzed the scheme and finally propounded suggestions according to the feedback of the student in vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for development of MOOC in vocational colleges and universities in our country.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter I contained Introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance,research contents and methods,the definition of core concepts,research status and theoretical basis.Chapter ? described the design scheme of MOOC in vocational colleges,designing a one-week-scheme of MOOC for Grooming Creates Professional Image based on ability standard principle.Chapter ? Examined for the teaching design scheme from the actual experience of the course and the curriculum expectation.Chapter IV was the suggestion,according to the questionnaire results and four aspects of teaching resources,teaching activities,teaching time and teaching evaluation,containing nine suggestions,rationalizing video quantity,enriching curriculum resources,innovating operation forms,making high quality of interactive teaching,making learning atmosphere humane,lengthening scientific video,sharpening video composition,making evaluation methods flexible,and diversifying evaluation contents.Chapter V was the conclusion that summarized this paper and pointed out the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.
