The issue of substitute teachers has a long history,but it has not been solved well so far,but it has become more and more intense.In particular,with the accelerated process of urbanization,the generation of substitute teachers are more in the city.The existence of a large number of urban substitute teachers is the result of a comprehensive effect of many factors.From the social level,on the one hand,in recent years,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,the number of urban students has risen sharply,and the demand for substitute teachers has been increased.On the other hand,the lag of normal education makes it difficult for high quality teachers to meet the requirements of the quality of education.From the institutional perspective,the rigid national system and the implementation of the "two child" policy make it difficult for school teachers to flexibly adjust their realistic needs.From a personal perspective,the unique stability,high social status and increasing salary of teachers' profession form an indescribable attraction for job seeker.Therefore,the scale of this group is increasing.Through a visit to the field teachers,it is found that the management of the substitute teachers is an important problem among the many problems of the substitute teachers.The absence of management system is difficult to restrain t he flow of substitute teachers,the teachers of the school have been in a very unstable state,and the quality of education is seriously affected.The negation of the legal status of substitute teachers in the national policy level makes the rights and int erests of ordinary laborers entrusted by the labor law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China contract law hard to implement to substitute teachers.For a long time,the substitute teachers are treated unfairly by the "equal p ay for the same work".The unfair treatment and the prejudice given by the society have caused some pressure to the psychology of the substitute teachers.A large part of substitute teachers hope to enter the teaching team through compiling and editing.Th e school is in a passive position in the face of the needs of substitute teachers,which has caused some troubles to the daily management of schools.In order to solve these problems,we need to do the right medicine.On the basis of rational and objective understanding of the teaching ability of substitute teachers,we should establish and improve the management system of substitute teachers,so that the management of substitute teachers should be brought into an orderly track,so as to ensure the rights and interests that a substitute teacher should enjoy as an ordinary laborer.It is also necessary to improve the system of teachers' compilation,increase the input of normal education,increase the supply of excellent teachers,and reduce the space for the existing teachers from the source.
