The problem of substitute teachers has not disappeared from people's perspective.The problem of rural substitute teachers is concerned about the hot and rigid dispersion.The problem of urban substitute teachers should be born and cannot be ignored.At present,there are a large number of substitute teachers in primary and secondary schools in China.They quietly contribute their efforts to urban education,but few people care about their survival problems.The current situation of urban substitute teachers is directly related to the quality of urban education and the stability of teachers.Studying the problems of urban substitute teachers is conducive to the stability of urban teaching staff,the high quality development of urban education,and the training of solid talents for urban prosperity.Based on literature,questionnaire,case study and other research methods,five primary and secondary school teachers in Shenzhen district were investigated and interviewed.It has been found that the urban substitute teachers have the characteristics of high overall quality,high pressure of life,great pressure of work,and the biggest way out.And the situation at the present stage city substitute teachers difficult and problems facing the embarrassment of life,basic low wages,welfare deviation,substitute the overall income to balance the pressure of city life;work facing the task of education and teaching for examination of learning pressure,taking into account the psychological pressure;under pressure from the family,psychological feel ignored etc..There are many reasons for the above problems of urban substitute teachers.From the perspective of social reasons,the development of urban economy attracts the inflow of population,and substitute teachers become the product of easing the contradiction between supply and demand of education.The interregional substitute teachers' treatment gap is large,and the substitute income is not matched with the urban consumption level.From the legal point of view,the employment of the substitute teacher is contrary to the labor law,and the labor rights and interests are damaged.The protection mechanism of teachers' rights and interests is not perfect,and the rights and interests of substitute teachers are not guaranteed effectively.From the perspective of institutional reasons,the structure of teachers'preparation is not reasonable,and the substitute teachers' replacement is difficult.The teacher recruitment system is not perfect,the substitute teacher was difficult;from the teacher reasons,teacher occupation itself attractive and positive with series of substitute teachers with hope.To solve the problem of city teachers need to be integrated in many aspects,the government departments should scientifically regulate the population size of the city,the gap between teachers' income balance regional,increase basic education funding and policy support;social legislation should implement the social security system;education departments should adjust the preparation of teachers structure,the reform of teacher recruitment system to adjust recruitment conditions substitute teachers;own level:to strive for and maintain their own rights and interests,rights of substitute teachers through a variety of ways.
