Zheng Luo xin national independent innovation demonstration zone is an independent innovation demonstration base made by Henan province.It is an important support for seeking the development model of high and new technology industry and promoting the rise of the Central Plains.The gathering of talents is an important embodiment and important support for the independent innovation ability of the demonstration area.The rapid development of the demonstration area will promote the formation of the talent agglomeration effect and develop into the regional talent highland.Generally,talent agglomeration refers to the formation of aggregation effect in a certain area or industry in a certain period of time,according to the law of talent flow and through certain social connections.In the process of talent gathering,the government should give full play to its guiding role,respect the law of the flow of talents,play the leading role of the market,and achieve the promotion of the independent innovation ability of the region.Therefore,the formation of the effect of talent agglomeration is not only the "wishful thinking" of the government,but also the expansion of the market demand of a certain area or a certain industry and the development of scientific research ability in Colleges and universities.Comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of the Autonomous Innovation Demonstration Zone in ZhengLuo new country,the government should actively introduce talent policy and create a stable and harmonious agglomeration.This paper takes the talent gathering of Zheng Luoxin national independent innovation demonstration area as the research object,the theoretical basis and motivation of Talent Gathering in combination with the comprehensive literature at home and abroad.The SWOT analysis of Talent Gathering in ZhengLuo new national independent innovation demonstration area is made to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of Talent Gathering and the opportunities and challenges faced by them.This paper studies and analyzes the mode of Talent Gathering in ZhengLuo new national independent innovation demonstration area,analyzes its connotation and solves its problems for reference.Finally,put forward countermeasures to solve the Zheng Luoxin National Innovation Demonstration Zone talent agglomeration problems.
