With the rapid development of the society and the progress of science and technology,China's comprehensive strength is constantly rising.The level of citizen's scientific literacy directly determines the strength of international competitiveness.Compared with developed countries,the scientific literacy of Chinese primary and secondary school students is generally at a low level.With the reform of the new curriculum standard,scientific literacy is included in the teaching target of middle school.However,in the basic education stage,how to effectively cultivate and improve students' scientific literacy has become a difficult problem.This study through the analysis of students' scientific literacy connotation,structure and characteristics,combined with the requirement of new curriculum reform,in the middle school physics teaching,explore the effective teaching strategy of high school physical science literacy.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part: Introduction.This paper expounds the reasons of the topic selection in this paper,and briefly summarizes the research status of education in scientific literacy at home and abroad by the method of literature review.At the same time,the significance,research content and research methods of this paper are discussed.The second part: In this paper studied the related concepts of scientific literacy,analyzes the connotation,structure and characteristics of scientific literacy,according to the characteristic of physics subject discusses the cultivation of physical science literacy should joint efforts in many aspects.The third part: In this paper studies the middle school physics experiment teaching middle school student science accomplishment concrete expression to raise the question,the independent study,constructs the model and the scientific reasoning aspect ability.It is expounded and analyzed theoretically.The fourth part: In this paper combining with the scientific research of the frontier of physics,this paper discusses the possibility of cultivating students' scientific literacy from the teaching of physics experiment.The teaching strategies of cultivating scientific literacy in experimental teaching are analyzed.Guide the students to understand and learn the frontier scientific research of physics and stimulate their interest in learning.Pay attention to understanding and mastering knowledge,and cultivate good learning methods,learning ability,scientific spirit and scientific consciousness.Strengthen the evaluation of the student's research process,and realize the thought and behavior activities of solving practical problems.The fifth part: In this paper summarize the main research results and innovations of this study.It provides practical exploration for middle school teaching to cultivate students' scientific literacy.
