The development of Chinese society cannot leave the education development,the party's 19 big again emphasized the education problems,but especially the rural education development.Since the 1980 s,many scholars from the problem of teacher losing development present situation,reason of draining,and solutions such as angles,made an active exploration of the problems of teacher losing.Based on this,this paper takes Taian City DaiYue HuaMaWan township loss of teachers as the research basis,through the way of questionnaire,interview for rural teachers,the school leadership and administrative leadership investigation,summarizes the survey data and interview,in combination with the practicalsituation of the region,puts forward to measures to improve the rural teachers stability strategy,provide a reference for perfecting the policy of local governments at various levels shall be the basis.Paper main researchcontent is as follows:First,the loss of rural teachers' research origin and the significance of the problem.Analysis of the problems of rural teacher losing production and the development general situation,and puts forward the significance of this article.Erosion is defined for rural teachers,and give the method of this paper studies the basic;Second of all,the Taian City DaiYue HuaMaWan analyzing the present situation and problems of rural teacher losing.Analysis of erosion is the basic problems in DaiYue district rural teachers,including the age distribution is unreasonable,teacher's age is big in general;Degree distribution is not reasonable,and teachers' overall degree is low;Disciplines distribution is not reasonable,language,number,foreign teachers occupy a large proportion,music,the teacher shortage,in the past for a long time is bad for students' all-round development,title distribution is not reasonable,DaiYue HuaMaWan township senior teachers proportion is extremely low,only 4.9%,primary title account for high proportion,nearly half,lack of discipline leaders,teachers pressure surge of promotion channel;Third,questionnaire,interview and data processing analysis.Through questionnaire and interview methods such as investigating HuaMaWan township of teachers,the back analysis of data,identify the reasons of the loss of teachers,the main reasons include: the government's perceived lack of perfect education investment guarantee mechanism;The government education policy is not strong enough;Material treatment is bad;Hard workingenvironment;Teachers' self-development restricted;Teachers' professional identity;School management system lack of rationality;Fourth to Taian City DaiYue district of rural teacher losing the results of the survey,for example,analyses the general law of balanced development of rural trading,and presents corresponding Suggestions and comments,at the national level,to improve the system of financial input and management,rural teacher flow cycle is determined,strengthen the system of \ "trophy\" and \ "seniority pay\";At the local government level,the first thing to increase the teachers' subsidies,eliminate part of the family,the second increase exchanges,promote the urban and rural teachersturns the increasing rotation,to strengthen the teachers' professional development,increase the responsibility.it farmar,finally improve the incentive system,increasing subsidies,ensure that rural teachers' work enthusiasm;At the school level,the construction of a harmonious cultural environment and building the \ "teacher-centered\" management system,to ensure that teachers work is always active.
