Study On The Optimization Of Enrollment Management Mode Of XX Vocational College

Private higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China,and undertakes the important task of cultivating high-level applied talents for the development economic and social development of the country's.Enrollment is the foundation for the development of private higher vocational colleges,which directly affects the survival and development of private higher vocational colleges.It is agreat significance to strengthen the study of enrollment of private higher vocational colleges under the new situation,which can improve the quality of the source of students in private higher vocational colleges and promote the sustainable development of private vocational colleges.Through the literature study,field interview,case study and exploratory factor analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges the enrollment of private higher vocational colleges,under the new situation.Also,the paper objectively analyzes the source crisis,the rate of new student arrival,the quality of students and the enrollment propaganda of private higher vocational colleges in China.The main problems and the internal and external factors of the national macro level and private higher vocational colleges have been put forward to strengthen the recruitment strategy of Private Higher Vocational Colleges under the new situation.Based on the new situation of the development of private higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes the status of the enrollment management mode of Career Academy in Nanchang,mainly combing the enrollment work of the private higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi,Jiangxi and Shanghai,and comparing the enrollment experience of the foreign private higher vocational colleges in the United States and Germany.It puts forward the enrollment strategy of Private Higher Vocational Colleges under the new situation.The first is to establish a team of enrollment projects.In the project group,the deputy dean is responsible for the admissions management.The director of the admissions office is responsible for the management of the provincial admissions officers and deputy directors in each area.The head of the school finance department assists the director of the office to formulate the financial budget of the enrollment work.The cost settlement is responsible.The director of the hospital assists the Deputy Dean and the regional admissions officer to make the enrolment plan.The director of the alumni office is responsible for the reception work of the visiting students and parents.The logistics department provides the vehicle dispatch of the enrollment period and the canteen management.The second is to carry out full market research and open new enrollment.In the market,the market survey should be carried out by the director of the recruitment,and the deputy director should be executed specifically,and the corresponding investigation report should be formed.The investigation report can be used in the training meeting of the enrollment salesman.The third is to build the quality model of the enrollment business personnel and extract 17 quality items of the enrollment salesman according to the interview.The interview results of the questionnaire,the use of SPSS software to investigate the results of the exploratory factor analysis,to get the quality model of the enrollment salesman;four is to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise,broaden the employment channels,and fully improve the school hardware and software facilities to improve the development of the school itself.By strengthening the work of the above four aspects,this paper puts forward the general idea,basic principles,countermeasures and implementation guarantee for the optimization of the enrollment management model.So as to improve the enrollment work level of the private higher vocationalcolleges under the new situation,to better promote the sustainable development of the private higher vocational colleges,and to cultivate more quality high level applied talents for our country.
