Research On College Students' Participation In University Management From The Perspective Of Public Governance

It is a growing trend to permit the students to fully function as the main body to improve the level of democratization in university management aspect.This thesis takes public governance as the research perspective,analyses the characteristics and advantages of public governance,and discusses the significance of the related theories.Furthermore,this study use J University as a case study to investigate the efficiency,existing problems and its reasons of students participate in University's management of public governance's perspective.From the results of this thesis,students do not have enough awareness to participate,and the way to participant is blocked,the related rules are not complete as well as there are partly university managers have insufficient emphasis of students' authorities are the main problems that students embedded in university management.Moreover,the influence of social and historical culture,and the bondage of traditional management systems are the principal factors that impact students participate in university management.Aim at those questions,this thesis come forward with some advices in students' participant to enhance the democratization and scientification of university management.Firstly,to enhance the system of students participate in university management.Secondly,to establish the multi-subject interactive management system.Thirdly,to extend the field of students participating.Fourthly,to broaden the way and channel of students participating.
