Now increasingly heavy burden on primary and middle school students outside,outside school training institutions of all kinds,in order to reduce the financial burden on the children,on March 28,2018,the ministry of education puts forward how to special projects to promote training institutions,Beijing will be comprehensive,governance industry,focus on solve the problem of "half past three" after class and students to develop the students' quality and specialty problems after,protect safety and health of primary and middle school students."At 4:30 class" means relying on the community places and personnel capita l,and the existing primary and secondary school students after school at 4:30 a.m.to this period of time,some parents are busy working in the community can't pick up on time the children from school,"4:30 class" to organize the children,schoolwork,entertainment and other services.Due to physiological and psychological development immature children,vulnerable to the family,the influence of external factors,will appear such problems as lack of confidence,lack of sense of belonging,the children is difficult to meet the diverse demand,will seriously affect the development of children.At present,the appearance of "four-thirty classroom" meets the needs of parents,so what is the real demand of the children who are served? How to provide the services needed by children is a key research topic.This paper takes the four-thirty classroom project of an institution in Beijing as the starting point of the research,and takes the children as the main service object at 4:30,based on the diversified needs of children.Starting from the social ecological system,through field observation and interview method,understand "4:30 class" project development situation of in-depth analysis of children in "4:30 class" internal and external demand,not only provide the children with schoolwork guidance,more to develop the children entertainment and hobbies,such as services,respect and meet the needs of children,promote the healthy growth of children.The objective and in-depth understanding of the diversified needs of children in "four-thirty classroom" is to provide a practical reference for the development of the "four-thirty classroom" in China.
