During these 30 years in China,bowling has experienced a recession in the middle,and it has been recovering in the last two years.Since 2015-2017 years,there are bowling alley in blossom everywhere in China,the number of players youth tournament grow exponentially,in order to promote the bowling project development and enhance the core competitiveness at the same time pay close attention to technical training should pay attention to and strengthen the bowling physical training projects.This article will focus on the construction of the physical training content system of the elite bowling players in China.The purpose of this study:the combination of bowling sports development in our country in recent years,the investigation and analysis of the status quo of physical training base training bowling three Chinese youth bowling,and has carried on the brief analysis;tracking of physical stamina training during the 2014 China bowling team preparation for Inchon Asian Games and 2017 in China the bowling team preparing for the Fifth Asian Indoor games.The characteristics of special quality and special energy supply characteristics of bowling are analyzed,and the specific physical fitness system contents of excellent bowling players in China are set up,so as to provide theoretical research and practical reference for the development of bowling in China.In this paper,the content system of bowling physical training is constructed through literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,empirical method and mathematical statistics.The conclusion is as follows:1,Present situation of physical training of Chinese top three youth bowling training base should be improved,at this stage of training content and methods of the lack of diversity and pertinence of training is not strong and bowling combination project characteristics; frequency and period of physical training is not fixed,and lack of systematic and scientific.the lack of professional and systematic training.The cognitive degree of the athletes'importance to physical training needs to be improved.Only by changing the cognitive level,can it be beneficial to the final development of the physical training of the bowling players in China.2,Energy metabolism of bowling to glycolysis system,with little proportion of high-energy phosphate system and the original function of fat and protein in aerobic metabolism characteristics,at the same time the bowling athletes need to have excellent strength,coordination and single leg balance control ability.Core strength is the most important item of bowling special quality,which should be combined with the selection and elastic belt and other equipment in the core strength training content selection,auxiliary pitching training,to control the power of the small muscles of the mining body to maintain the accuracy of bowling skills.So as to prolong the life of the sports and make the best of the competitive level.3,This research has optimized a complete set of physical training system.Including general physical training(including preparatory activities eleven sections,eighteen sections,warm-up exercises and relaxing activities eleven sections),the special physical training(upper limb strength four groups,waist strength nine groups,nine groups of leg strength and elastic belt strength training(seven sections),the special relaxation tennis fascia chain relaxation in twelve sections).Bowling three common sports injury prevention.This set of physical training will greatly compensate for the lack of physical fitness training of our bowling players,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of our bowling athletes'competitive level.4,This set of physical training content system helps to improve the stability of bowling players.This study compared two groups of athletes training(Group A of players with three months,this set of physical training system of training athletes Group B using the original conventional physical training)that this set of physical training content system with training time significantly improve the bowling athletic performance and stability,so the physical training system is worth the implementation of.
