"MMA" is the abbreviation of "mixed martial arts" in English,which is translated as "comprehensive combat" and "comprehensive combat" in Chinese.Participants are not limited to martial arts schools and follow the uniform rules formulated by the organizers of the competition.They may use various fighting techniques including Chinese martial arts,Thai boxing,judo,karate and boxing to the extent permitted by the rules.In recent years,with the popularity of comprehensive fighting in the world,in China has also been rapid development.Comprehensive combat is a technologically leading event.Physical fitness is the guarantee for athletes to play their techniques and tactics,is the basis for athletes to maintain a good state of movement and prolong their life span,and is the key to the success or defeat of a match.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,video observation and comparison,through the analysis of the current situation of the comprehensive combat physical training in China,the multi-dimensional selection of the main training contents,and the construction of the training system.The results show that:(1)the time of comprehensive combat entering our country is not long,but the development momentum is very swift and violent.Its competition rules determine that comprehensive combat is a long time consuming,fierce confrontation,and comprehensive technical requirements.In addition to the need for the players to have skilled comprehensive attack and defense skills,compared with other combat sports,comprehensive combat in terms of physical strength,also has no outstanding requirements for the contestants.As a new sport,its development and research are still very deficient,especially physical training,so we need to explore and explore the comprehensive combat physical training system.(2)from the current situation of comprehensive combat physical training in China,it is found that there is a lack of systematic research on the theory of comprehensive combat in our country at present,and in terms of teachers,at present,among the coaches of comprehensive combat in our country,The number of coaches who are directly engaged in comprehensive fighting is only 23%,so most coaches are transferred from other fighting projects to 77.1%.In addition,in terms of the importance attached to coaches and trainees,Most of the interviewees pay little attention to the comprehensive combat physical training.On the one hand,the physical training is relatively dull and slow in comparison with the technical training;on the other hand,it is reflected in the lack of achievement of the training methods.Adequate,lack of professional,systematic training methods.(3)in this study,the contents of comprehensive combat physical training were selected through the dimensions of comprehensive combat competition rules,attack and defense skills formation,technical and tactical application,and individual characteristics,according to the internal relations between the selected contents.According to the classification of comprehensive combat physical training,different training modules are formed,including general physical training module:strength training module,speed training module,aerobic training module,anaerobic ability training module.Other competency training modules(agility,coordination,flexibility;and specialized physical training modules:batter physical training module,defense physical fitness training module,tangle physical fitness training moduleModule.At the same time,the modules are interrelated,influence and promote each other.Through the relationship between them,the comprehensive combat physical training system is formed.(4)on the basis of constructing comprehensive combat physical training system,the specific training methods include strength training method,explosive force training method,speed training method,anaerobic endur-ance training method,sensitivity training method.Flexibility training method and anti-hit ability training method,strength training includes load training,antagonism training,explosive force training includes lying down training,elastic rope training,speed training includes throwing training,rope pulling training,etc.Anaerobic endurance training includes cycle training,rope climbing training,etc.;sensitivity training includes moving target training,sprint training,etc.;flexibility training mainly consists of stretching training in various parts of the body;anti-attack ability training includes sand bag hammer training,actual combat training and so on.
