Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Scientific Research Management In Colleges And Universities Based On AHP

Since the 21 st century,the world economy has gradually changed from being dominated by labor intensive and capital intensive to being dominated by knowledge and technology.Our universities and colleges shoulder the important duties of personnel training,scientific research,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,among which the scientific research work of universities is the foundation of personnel training and the basic premise of providing services to the society.The core characteristic of science and technology development is innovation.Innovation and creative ability are important symbols for measuring a country's competitiveness and comprehensive national strength.Therefore,the study of this problem has a certain research and application value.This thesis focuses on how to improve the scientific research level and improve the innovation ability of colleges and universities.Starting from the two aspects of university management and performance evaluation,this paper constructs the evaluation scale of university performance test by using analytic hierarchy process,and applies it to the performance evaluation of scientific research management,and puts forward a complete evaluation method.The structure of the article is divided into seven chapters,of which: the first chapter is an introduction;The second chapter is an overview of the relevant concepts and theories;The third chapter is the necessity,significance and direction of improving the performance evaluation of scientific research management in universities;The fourth chapter is the construction of the performance evaluation index system based on AHP.The fifth chapter is the determination and case application of the performance evaluation scale of scientific research management in universities based on AHP.The sixth chapter is the guarantee measure to implement the performance evaluation of scientific research management in colleges and universities based on AHP.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect.This article summarizes the achievements of previous research on the performance evaluation of scientific research management in colleges and universities,draws lessons from the theory of enterprise performance evaluation,and based on the visiting and investigation of the experts who carry out scientific research in colleges and universities,according to the characteristics of scientific research management in colleges and universities,analysis.By borrowing the analytic hierarchy process,the paper establishes a scientific evaluation system of scientific research performance based on the first level of scientific research,economic and social benefits,establishes the index weight,and establishes the scientific research management performance evaluation scale after passing the consistency test.The innovation point of this paper is that based on the hierarchical index model,the second and third level index evaluation scales are established,which provide different reference evaluation scales for the scientific research management in different universities...
