Xi Jinping's report at 19th CPC National Congress pointed out:Culture is a country and nation's soul.Our country will thrive only if our culture thrives,and our nation will be strong only if our culture is strong.Without full confidence in our culture,without a rich and prosperous culture,the Chinese nation will not be able to rejuvenate itself.In the context of the development of multiculturalism,there has been a fierce collision between Chinese traditional culture and Western culture,which has had a great impact on traditional Chinese culture.Ethnic music is an important part of our country's traditional culture.It embodies the essence of our nation's spirit,will and art.It is more strongly responsible for promoting Chinese traditional culture,enhancing cultural self-confidence,and displaying permanent charm.The study of ethnic music in primary and secondary schools can not only enable ethnic music to adapt to the environment of multicultural development,but also can promote the traditional culture to be inherited and propagated in the basic education stage.As one of the important carriers of national music heritage in primary and secondary schools,the ethnic instruments orchestra has achieved considerable development at the current stage,but at the same time,the school's national instrumental orchestra faces many problems in the process of its development.This article investigates the background,causes,and forms of the National Instrument Music into the campus through the investigation of the management mechanism,basic settings,teachers,teaching methods,and learning conditions of the national instrumental orchestra of 3 primary schools in Haidian District.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the development of the National Instrumental Orchestra,and puts forward corresponding thoughts and suggestions to provide reference for the development of national instrumental orchestras in other schools.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which states the significance of the topic selection and the related developments at home and abroad,which is the guiding ideology of this study and the theoretical basis for reviewing the practice.The second part of the national music into the campus.It states the social background,causes and forms of national music into the campus,which provides the basis for the establishment of the National Orchestra and pave the way for the following investigation.The third part of the investigation of the status of the ethnic group in three primary schools in Haidian District.By means of questionnaires and interviews,the establishment,management mechanism,teaching contents,teachers and students in three primary schools were analyzed,and the survival state of the school orchestra was interpreted.The fourth part is the thinking and suggestion of the present status of the three schools' ethnic ensemble.Based on the results of the third parts,this paper discusses the role,significance and actual problems of the establishment of the National Orchestra,and puts forward some suggestions.This paper tries to interpret the role and role of the national musical group in the communication of national music culture,and to provide a reference for the construction and development of the school National Orchestra.
