The development of school can't do without the support of talents,and human resource is the main resource of the school,it is a key resource to determine the school competitiveness,teaching quality and school's sustained development.If the nine-year system school wants to keep the school under good administration,the key point is to improve its human resource management level.This article conducts a study and analysis on the current condition of teachers' human resource management in nine-year system school as well as the motivation model and efficiency relation in human resource management of nine-year system school,according to the analysis on the problems in aspect of motivation model existing in the human resource management of nine-year system school.It discusses a reform way of motivation model in the human resource management of nine-year system school.This article takes the nine-year system school--Kunming X Experimental School as the research object,according to the general situation of human resource management of X Experimental School in six aspects of human resource planning,recruitment and deployment,training and development,performance management,salary and welfare management,labor management etc.,and on the basis of summarizing the successful experience on the current condition of human resource and human resource management of X Experimental School.It analyzes the following problems existing in the human resource management of X Experimental School in the form of questionnaire and interview: firstly,the recruitment is largely restrained by superior administrative department,basically without decision-making power;secondly,as the issuance of national new two-child policy,the young female teachers in this school are at baby boom period,causing many people to ask for a leave for a long time,lacking effective complementary mechanism;thirdly,school's management is divided as new and old campus for primary school and junior middle school,with integration of departments and regions at different levels,however,theyare relatively separated in the process of human resource management,which does not really give full play to the advantages of human resources of nine-year system school;fourthly,the means of teachers inspire is somewhat single,it ignores the spirit inspire and other immaterial motivations.According to the comprehensive analysis to the above problems,some countermeasures are made to solve current problems based on relevant theoretical knowledge: firstly,to use modern management concept to guide the human resource management of nine-year system school;secondly,to formulate human resource management plan of nine-year system school;thirdly,to establish competitive salary system and complete motivation system in internal school.The countermeasures and suggestions proposed concerned with human resource management of nine-year system school in this article still need to be improved constantly,so that they can guide the implementation of human resource management of nine-year system school in a dynamic environment.
