In recent years,with the advance of China's education reform and the new curriculum standards,the problem of the burden of homework after school hasbecome a hot issue in primary and middle school education in our country.The west countries study it a lot recently.The mathematics teaching teachers attached great importance to the next colorful in our country,but the homework design of the pace,the degree of concern is not high.The study aimed at junior high school mathematics,A detailed questionnaire and interview were conducted on 18 math teachers,150 parents and 180 students in a middle school in Zhangye city.Research on the current situation of math homework in junior high school,This paper summarizes a series of problems of mathematics homework in junior middle school and analyzes its causes.At present,most teachers assign mathematics homework to be repeated,''one-size-fits-all" type of homework.The outstaxding issues of this assignment is the topic quantity is big,form a single,exercises inflexible,the design of the situation without new job design gradation is not obvious,the pertinence is not strong,contact with other disciplines and actual lack of student life,It is not possible to check and cultivate students'understanding and mastery of knowledge.Although students spend a lot of time in homework,they do not get the corresponding learning effect.At the same time,on the basis of investigation and analysis,This article from the teacher's subjective factor,education environment factors,subject characteristics,the cause of the learning environment further summarizes the factors affecting the effectiveness of the junior middle school mathematics homework.Under the guidance of modern education theory,moderm learning theory and the basic concept of new curriculum theory,The author analyzed the effective design of the math homework in junior high school.The paper introduces and analyses the theories and empirical studies on homework at home and abroad.It provides a theoretical reference for teachers to design mathematical operations.The focus of this paper is to explore how to achieve the effectiveness of the mathematics after-school work from the perspective of job design.The basic form of job design is described in the design of a geometric homework design and two examples of algebra homework.Based on the principle of the effectiveness of operation design,eight volunteers were selected from the teaching class to conduct empirical study.Following the principle of combining theory and practice,this paper explores the strategy method of math homework design in junior high school:?Enhance the interest of homework;?Grasp the right amount of homework;?The layered nature of homework;?The practice of intensive operation;?Advocacy for the diversity of operations;?Improve the integration of operations;?The job is done by "layering + supermarket".The innovation of this paper is the formation of "layering + supermarket"after-school homework design pattem.Practice shows that this model can motivate students' interest in learning mathematics,to enhance the confidence of the students'learning mathematics,improve math is a good academic performance,is the design of junior middle school teachers' math homework provides reference.
