New curriculum standards of high school chemistry put forward a student-centered and teacher-oriented teaching philosophy,which emphasizes that teaching should aim at improving students' scientific literacy,inspiring interest,developing individuality,cultivating cooperation spirit and improving scientific inquiry ability.Teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven exactly fits this teaching philosophy.It takes the learning plan as a carrier and starts from various problems in the professional field,students learn independently under the guidance of teachers,and they can jointly analyze and solve problems with teachers,and finally complete the teaching task.This teaching model has positive effects on cultivating students' interest in learning and improving their ability to cooperate in exploration.This paper combines theories with practice.First,through reading a large amount of literature,this paper analyzes the related conceptions and the research status at home and abroad of teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven,also elaborates some learning theories which can provide basis and support for this research.Secondly,it analyzes the specific practice of teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven by pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and after-school activities.Because of the fragmented knowledge,monotonous content and same presentation of elemental chemistry,this paper uses the knowledge of the third and fourth elements of elemental chemistry as a carrier and strictly follows the principles of “guidance” and “questioning” to design the learning plan.,the study lists five typical teaching segments and discusses design ideas.Students can be driven to complete learning goals by setting questions.Taking the students in Dalian No.108 Middle School as the research object,using the experimental comparison method and questionnaire to research.During the research,we teach the experimental class and the control class respectively by teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven and traditional teaching model.Comparing the learning status and academic performance of the two classes of students before and after the experiment and test the implementation effect of the teaching model.The research results indicate that after the implementation of teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven,the enthusiasm for learning chemistry of the experimental class students increased,self-confidence was enhanced,learning ability was improved,thinking problems were significantly deepened,and chemical results were significantlyimproved.However,there are still further improvements,the design of learning plan should take into account the needs of students at different levels,teachers should pay attention to guiding all students to participate in various learning links of teaching model of learning plan-guided and problem driven,teachers should continue to enrich their subject knowledge and improve teaching ability.
