The homework is based on the teachers' requirements,the students' independent study activities in the extracurricular time,and in the background of "reducing the burden" and reducing the homework of primary school students,improving the effectiveness of primary school homework is the concern of primary school teachers,primary school students and parents,and also worth the research of education researchers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of the effectiveness of primary school homework,the reason and the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of primary school homework.The effectiveness of primary school homework is effective,efficient and can provide students with positive learning experience.The characteristics of homework are the correctness of the purpose of homework,the flexibility of homework,the diversity of homework content,the diversity of homework guidance subjects and the subjectivity of students in homework..The questionnaire survey found that primary school homework presented the following characteristics:Teachers and students had a positive attitude towards homework;The total amount of homework is large,and the students have a heavy burden;The types of homework tend to be diverse,but in writing;Homework difficulty is consistent,lack of pertinence;The development of homework resources is limited;Homework designer is single;The way of homework revise is traditional,the feedback float in the form;Teachers have the will to reform their homework.The main reasons are as follows:Teacher factors;Student factors;Parent factors;Homework factors and Education policy factors.To improve the effectiveness of primary school homework,teachers should do: one is to Know the homework function,homework function mainly have the knowledge to consolidate function,social function,parent-school communication function,knowledge feedback function,management function;The second is to understand the basic requirements of effective homework,To be effective in homework,teachers should realize the value of homework.To develop a suitable system for homework;Homework should be purposeful;Assign a proper amount of homework;Homework should be related to classroom teaching;Homework should be fun;The degree of difficulty in homework should be moderate;Homework should be done in combination with choice;Third,the effective design of homework,mainly from the amount ofhomework,the content of homework and the form of homework and so on;Fourth,the homework can be effectively arranged from the aspects of students' learning,homework time and homework assignment principle;Fifth,reform the feedback of homework through the reasonable selection of the scope of approval,the diversity of corrections,the emphasis on the human culture of the feedback content,etc.Six is to up a new view of homework resources,develop homework resources,and build a homework resource base.
