Currently, our country is in a period of economic transition and personnel training. Introducing the modern apprenticeship will help to the employment and the reformation of the teaching methods, then it will also help to the optimization of teaching resource and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Meanwhile, as the mainstream of the reformation of vocational education, the modern apprenticeship can promote the future development of students, helping to the inheritance of handicraft and the transition of economy.By making a research on the current situation of the modern apprenticeship in R school, this article tries to find out some problems which currently exist in R school. These problems are:students are lacking in quality; lack of double-qualified teachers; a strong dependency on certain profession; slow progress in school-enterprise cooperation; imperfect training; lack of teaching resource. According to the characteristic of secondary vocational education in our country, this article also makes an analytical research on personnel training, referring to large numbers of documents. It analyzes the personal reasons, the school-enterprise cooperation, and the environment, then it makes a summary of the reasons why these problems exists in the construct of the modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational school in our country.To these reasons, this article makes a further analysis about the ways to reinforce the construct of the modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational school. They are:the identity of students should be emphasized in teacher-student relationship; to enhance the education about self-protection; to construct the mechanism of premium and penalty; to enhance the construction of teaching staff; enterprises should take part in the cooperation more; to promote resource sharing; to improve evaluation system; to enhance employment security; to promote top-level design on macrostructure; to promote environmental reform; to perfect the construction of the pattern...
