The Research On Group Work Intervention On Enhancing The Heterosexual Conmmunication Ability Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Over the past 40 years of the Reform and Opening-up,China's urbanization and industrialization have been accelerating and great achievements have been made in the socialist modernization drive.d.All these achievements can not be separated from the migrant workers as the main body of the industrial workers in our country.During the current period of social transformation,the internal structure of this group has quietly changed.The new generation of migrant workers gradually become their main body,and has become an important force that can not be ignored in the process of modernization of our country.The new generation of migrant workers who are in the late adolescence,are going through a special stage of psychological development and have an urgent need for heterosexual interaction.And the heterosexual interaction in this stage is indeed helpful to the the improvement of efficiency of their study and work,to the cultivation of their healthy psychology and to their self-understanding and self-perfection.However,judging from the current reality,external environmental constraints such as serious imbalance between men and women,long working hours,and lack of self-communication ability such as self-cognitive bias,lack of communication skills,which led to the new generation of migrant workers facing the dilemma of heterosexual interaction.Emotional loneliness has become one of the main psychological problems puzzling the new generation of migrant workers.The research method of this paper is questionnaire survey,interview method,supplemented by literature method.First of all,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on heterosexual communication among 195 new generation migrant workers in W Industrial Park,and conducted in-depth interviews with 5 enterprise managers and 10 new generation migrant workers.It is found that the new generation of migrant workers in the park generally have the problem of insufficient heterosexual communication ability.Combined with the relevant literature,it is found that the reasons for this problem are the deviation of self-cognition,the lack of skills in establishing relationships,the obvious communication obstacles and the narrow communication circle caused by the nature of the industry.Based on this,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the group working method involved in the improvement of the heterosexual communication ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and explores the self-awareness of the correction of the group work in the improvement of the heterosexual communication ability of the new generation of migrant workers.Acquire communication skills,relieve emotional stress and other aspects of the role,and through the establishment of developmental groups,according to the needs of the group members to carry out self-cognitive reconstruction,coping with emotional stress methods teaching and heterosexual communication situation simulation and other group activities.Help the group members to achieve individual empowerment,build a heterosexual interaction and mutual assistance system,and achieve the goal of improving the heterosexual communication ability of the group members.
