Liaoning Province,the eldest son of the Republic,has superior geographical location and unique natural resources.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,economic development has been at the forefront of all provinces in China.However,during the period when the socio-economic pattern changed from an industrial economy to a knowledge-based economy,high-tech enterprises have flourished and are gradually replacing the dominant position of traditional industries in society.Due to factors such as the exhaustion of resources and the slow progress of industrial upgrading and transformation,Liaoning Province has once stagnated the pace of economic development and opened a gap with other regions,especially the southeast coastal areas of China.At the same time,the slow development of high-tech enterprises has not only caused economic growth to lag behind,but also caused the loss of high-level talents in high-tech enterprises.The loss of high-level talents has intensified the predicament of economic growth,thus creating a vicious circle.Therefore,under the existing conditions of Liaoning Province,how to quickly and effectively retain the high-level talents of the high-tech enterprises and introduce new hi-tech enterprise high-level talents,and let high-level talents in their jobs It is an unavoidable challenge for high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province to fully use their wisdom and wisdom to create more value for high-tech enterprises and further promote the economic development of Liaoning Province.Based on the overall situation of economic development in Liaoning Province,this paper combines the theory of human resources,brain drain theory and incentive theory in order to identify the root causes of the loss of high-level talent in Liaoning Province,and proposes relevant countermeasures and recommendations,so as to enable high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province.It can thrive and promote the successful transformation and rejuvenation of Liaoning's economy.
