With the rapid development of sports,society has higher and higher requirements for sports talents.College education is one of the important ways to directly transfer talents to the society.Education evaluation is an important part of school education and an important guarantee for talent cultivation.Meanwhile,the quality of the college students can also reflect the level of teaching quality.Evaluation of students is the core of education evaluation.The physical education major is the earliest professional development in the field of sports.And it is one of the main sources of professional talents of physical education and sports management for the society.Therefore colleges physical education major should reasonably and scientifically evaluate students' learning in daily teaching activities,to maximize the functional meaning of academic assessment,through the evaluation to monitor the quality of teaching and student's learning effect,thus to improve the quality of sport education professional personnel,which is plays a key role for the sustainable development of physical education in China.Based on the previous research theories,this article investigates the status quo of the evaluation of physical education students in colleges and universities in Henan Province,and studies the evaluation of the physical education students in Henan Province,aiming to promote the development of students.From the perspective of the theory,the theory is better applied to practice,to explore a more scientific and effective,operational academic evaluation,so that academic evaluation is not limited to form,give full play to its value.This article mainly uses the literature,survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,case analysis and other research methods to study the evaluation of physical education students in Henan Province as the research object,in the investigation of the status of evaluation of physical education in some colleges and universities in Henan Province On the basis of the research,the methods,subjects,methods,contents,and other aspects of the academic evaluation were studied and analyzed.The existing problems and the causes of the problems were summed up,and corresponding development suggestions were put forward.Through the study of the academic evaluation of the physical education major in Henan Province,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Teachers have a deeper understanding of evaluation,and they have relatively uniform opinions on the purpose,main part,and form of evaluation.It is considered that focusing on the learning process,the combination of quantitative and qualitative is more conducive to the development of students' learning.(2)Excessive class size is one of the most important factors affecting teachers' implementation of process evaluation.(3)part of the eight colleges have already implemented the assessment model of separation of teaching and evaluation.(4)Most teachers believe that they have the implemented process evaluation in the class,which lack for specific and standardized evaluation systems.(5)The content of academic evaluation at the current stage mainly rests on the assessment of knowledge and skills,and there is a large gap between the degree of emphasis on technical theoretical knowledge and the level of technology in the technical class.Most of the evaluation of the theory class is based on the method of assessing knowledge on books at the end of the semester,and teachers pay less attention to students' research ability and self-study ability.(6)The outcome of academic evaluation return to students is mainly in the form of scores.(7)Through the analysis of individual cases of process evaluation,the implementation concept is scientific and operational,but the workload of the evaluation will increase a lot,it may takes a lot of time and effort.(8)In the process of academic assessment and evaluation method is flexible,comprehensive evaluation content,pay attention to process evaluation,maximizing evaluation incentive,promote the function.Suggestions:(1)Teachers of each subject can properly communicate with the students when formulating the detailed content of the evaluation,while listening to the students' suggestions and opinions.On the other hand,they let the students understand the evaluation criteria and rules and actively accept the evaluation.(2)The implementation of the small class teaching system enables teachers to observe every student in the classroom and create feasible space and conditions for the implementation of process evaluation.(3)Adopting the separation model of teaching and learning,teachers in the teaching and research section or the curriculum group should make collaborative evaluations.In addition,the scoring standards between teaching and research sections should be avoided to differ greatly,and the principle of fairness of student's academic evaluation should be strictly followed.(4)Normalized process evaluation in subject teaching can be done in the form of essay notes,classroom questions and answers,group work,etc.It not only focuses on the degree of knowledge acquisition,but also pays attention to students' affective performance and learning ability,and makes timely evaluation.And feedback.The standardized process evaluation in the teaching of technical courses can adopt the methods of phased teaching and periodic testing,and can further help students to improve and master the technology in combination with video feedback.At the same time,it focuses on students' practical ability,affective performance,sense of unity and cooperation,and progress.In addition,the technical level of technical subjects and technical theoretical knowledge should be in an equally important position.(5)Diversification of evaluation methods.In the implementation of summative evaluation,it also pays attention to procedural evaluation,appropriately adding diagnostic evaluations,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,paying attention to individual differences in students,and combining quantitative and qualitative methods.(6)Pay attention to the feedback of academic evaluation,break the tradition of scoring feedback only,emphasize the functions of evaluation improvement,motivation,and development.In the teaching process,maximize the incentive function and improve students' overall quality and professional ability.
