Study On The Effect Of College Students' Employment Internship And It's Influencing Factors

With the development of society,college students' employment internship is not only a new way for college students to determine their work,but also an effective way for enterprises to reserve talents.Based on this,Effect and influencing factors of university students' employment internship can promote university students' employment internship effect,help college students better employment internship,promote the employment,but also is advantageous to the enterprise the effective utilization of human resources.327 college students of five colleges and universities in Henan province were selected as the research sample,and the relevant data were collected by the method of questionnaire survey.On the one hand,to explore the status of current college students ' employment internship,on the other hand,to use of the correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods to explore the employment internship cognition,employment internship ability,employment internship support for task mastery and ability to promote and explore the effect of occupation.According to the empirical data and analysis results of this study,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Through employment internship,college students can accomplish the task of internship better and achieve the purpose of improving their ability,but they can not play the role of professional exploration;(2)There is no significant difference in the effect of employment internship among college students with different sex;(3)There is no significant difference in the effect of employment internship among college students with different educational backgrounds;(4)There is no significant difference in the effect of employment internship among college students in different disciplines;(5)The cognition of employment internship has a significant influence on task mastery and ability promotion,but has no significant influence on career exploration;(6)The ability of employment internship has a significant impact on task mastery,ability promotion and career exploration,especially the greatest impact on ability promotion;(7)Employment internship support has a significant impact on task mastery and career exploration,but has no significant impact on ability promotion.Finally,based on the research conclusion,suggestions are made from the three parties of college students,enterprises and universities.Including college students take the initiative to improve employment internship cognitive level and ability to enhance the adaptability and constructing university students' employment internship systems of enterprises in order to improve the intern management ability,employment internship training and guidance level in colleges and universities to help college students better employment internship,etc.
