Against the background of the increasingly prominent problem of "difficult employment",students regard internship as the core way to provide skills,qualification and to solve employment after graduation.However,in the transition period of modern society,complex social information has made an impact on individual psychological adaptation.Therefore,the key to gaining a certain advantage in employment competition is to have rich and positive psychological resources.How to understand and utilize "internship input" is the key to applying signal theory and human capital theory to student employment research.This study uses the 2017 China HR Career Development Status Tracking Survey data to analyze the relationship between HR majors 'internship investment,psychological capital,and student employment.The results show that internship investment,employment,and psychological capital have various degrees of correlation between each dimension level,internship investment has a significant positive impact on student employment,and the impact of psychological capital in internship investment on employment It plays an intermediary role.It shows that the experience and cognitive experience of students in the practice activities have more or less influence on the decision-making attitude of whether to engage in the work in the future.By intervening the specific dimension of students' psychological capital,the corresponding attitude and behaviour in practice investment are affected,and then employment is effectively promoted.
