Imagination is an indispensable capability for personal growth.It is an essential element for the formation of innovative thinking and innovative capabilities.It is also the basis for the improvement of national "innovation quality" and the establishment of an innovative country.Primary school stage is the golden period for the development of children's imagination.The " Standard for Chinese Language Courses for Compulsory Education(2011 edition)" proposes that poetry teaching should be combined with the cultivation of children's imagination.The simple language of primary school poetry,the closeness to children's lives,the strong sense of screen,and the non-linear thinking are the literary forms suitable for the development of children's imagination.Therefore,how to develop children's imagination through the teaching of elementary school poetry is considered necessary.In this study,questionnaires were sent to three primary schools in the main urban area of Chongqing to observe and record the poetry teaching activities in the three primary schools' Chinese classes.Combined with the analysis of primary school Chinese teachers' poetry teaching.Understand the current situation of children's imagination training in primary school poetry teaching.Summed up the problems that exist,and then analyze the main causes to the problem,and accordingly put forward the preparation for the development of children's imagination in the teaching of primary school poetry,conceived strategies for cultivating children's imagination in primary school poetry teaching.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction.It mainly explains the research value of this article from the issues raised,the literature review,the concept and scope of the definition,the purpose and content of the research,research methods and ideas.The second part: through the questionnaire survey,class observation and famous teachers' course case study to understand the current situation of children's imagination training in primary school poetry teaching,summed up the existing problems,analyze the causes of the problem.The third part: According to the analysis of the root of the problems in the cultivation of children's imagination in the primary school poetry teaching,this paper puts forward the preparation for the development of children's imagination in the teaching of primary school poetry.The fourth part: Conceived the strategy of developing children's imagination in the teaching of poetry in primary school.The fifth part: Conclusion.Summarize the views,innovations,and deficiencies of this article.
