As early as the beginning of the last century,football was introduced into China and became an important part of Chinese sports.Since football has its unique and powerful appeal,many sports media in our country also regard football as an important part of its content.With the rapid development of the Internet,all kinds of new media platforms are rising gradually.The WeChat public is an important part of it.Individuals or organizations can publish information through public numbers to realize the spread of the news.Many official platforms and government agencies have begun to transform into new media.The WeChat public number has been launched to spread and report relevant news and information.In April 2013,the Chinese football team opened its own official WeChat public number "China team",which was used to cover the information of national teams at all stages of Chinese football.After more than 4 years of development,the "China team" WeChat public number has become an important window to show the image of Chinese football media.Based on the literature,content analysis,text analysis and case analysis,the article takes the Chinese football official WeChat public number "Chinese team" as the research object,and combs the articles in the bottom menu column.The 311 texts related to Chinese men's football and Chinese women's football are from the number,subject and Title of the article.This paper analyzes the use of pictures and relevant examples and data to explore the creation of the Chinese football media image by the new media platform of "Chinese team".The purpose is to understand the media image of Chinese football and the differences between the media image of Chinese men's football and women's football.The study found that "China team" adopted the theme of diversified coverage to shape the media image of Chinese football,with the largest proportion of competition themes.The content of the report is mainly on the positive image.The image of the Chinese men's soccer team and the image of the Chinese women's football team in the WeChat public number of "China team" are all diversified images.First of all,the image of the Chinese men's national hero and the Chinese women's football rose rose by digging up the spirit of hard work and no abandonment in the event reports.Secondly,in the non competition reports,highlights the men's participation in public welfare activities,and shows the loving image of the men's football.The coverage of the women's football is to highlight the rich life outside the court and shape the personalized image of the women's football team.Third,in the image of young athletes,they have highlighted their efforts to study and work hard to show the image of the new generation of hope stars of the Chinese men's football.In general,the report of "China team" has created a positive image for China's men's and women's football teams.But in the process of image building,the image level of men and women is relatively simple,and there is still a lack of media image building for the whole sports team.
