College students,as a valuable resource for the country,should not only build up the knowledge of the subject,but also develop the noble moral character,and also need a healthy constitution and strong physique.Countries to student's physical health level is becoming more and more attention,nowadays,many universities in efforts to promote the educational condition and at the same time pay more attention to the education of college students and students' physical health work.However,in recent years,the physical monitoring of Chinese students has shown that the physical condition of Chinese college students is not optimistic,especially the sports ability is still at a low level.The physical health of college students is highly valued by society and country.Will be introduced to the NTC training course in the colleges and universities sports curriculum,not only can improve the college students in physical education,sports performance,more can make the students to form independent sports consciousness,fundamentally promote college students' physical health level.Nike Training Club(NTC)is a full-body functional Training course developed by Nike company with excellent professional physical Training coaches.With the concept and principle of functional training,an effective training mode is achieved through interval training.In this article,through selecting 30 of Beijing institute of fashion technology level 2015 non-professional sports college students as subjects,adopts the method of block random grouping randomly divided into control group(15)and the experimental group(15).Using the method of experimental method,mathematical statistics method,pass on college students' training for 16 weeks of the NTC,controlled 2014 national student physical health standard "revision chooses index,analysis of the experimental group before and after the experiment and comparison on the index of change,to in-depth and comprehensive study the effect of the NTC training courses on college students' physical health.Therefore,it provides some ideas and methods for improving the physical health of college students.The results show that:1.in the aspect of the body,it was found that the NTC training courses to improve college students' cardiopulmonary function,effectively enhance the college students,the development level of the cardiovascular system to improve the level of the body function of college students have a positive role in promoting,performance in college students' vital capacity increased significantly before and after the experiment.It is shown that NTC training course can effectively enhance the physical health of college students.2.In terms of physical fitness,the experiment found that NTC training courses can improve the physical quality of college students,and enhance the muscle strength and endurance of college students,as well as the flexibility of joints and muscles.The results showed that the students' performance was significantly improved after 800 meters(female),1000 meters(male),one-minute sit-up(female),sitting position,and standing long jump(male).It is suggested that NTC training course can improve the physical health of college students.3.in terms of body shape,it was found that the NTC training course for college students has little effect on body shape and performance in college students' height,weight and BMI in all don't have significant difference before and after the experiment.
