A Study On The Indicator System Of The Primary School Headteacher's Professional Quality

The primary school headteacher is the practitioner of the class work,the facilitator of the student behavior and the midwife of psychological mindset.As a mechanism and means of the management of the headteacher team,it plays a vital role in the orientation of the headteacher's identity and the construction of the class teacher's team,and then affects the process of the development of the primary education cause,and as a kind of mechanism and means of the management of the headteachers' professional quality.It is a key force to speed up the professional development of the headteacher in primary school.Unfortunately,the voice of professional development of the teacher in charge of the class is rising day by day and often new,but the evaluation of primary school headteacher still stays at the level of part of professional ability,which ignores the influence of other aspects of primary school headteacher on the professional quality of primary school teacher.It is very important to construct the indicator system of the professional quality of the headteacher in primary school.This research mainly uses the literature method,the text analysis method,the Delphi method,the investigation method and the statistical method,to be constructed the Indicator System of the Primary School Headteacher's Professional Quality.Firstly,it probes into the source and the basis of the professional quality indicator of the headteacher from four aspects:In academic research,the author collects and compares the main indicators of the professional quality of the primary school headteacher in the relevant educational research literature;On institutional norms,it teases out the key words of the professional quality of the headteacher in the relevant policy document;In the practice of primary school management,this paper analyzes the main contents of the professional quality of the head teacher in the text of the appraisal and evaluation systemand investigates the high frequency words of the headteacher's professional quality in their mind of the primary school teacher and the principal in the primary school.Based on it,the author constructs the "four dimensions" of the indicator system of the professional quality of the primary headteacher(that is,Professional Knowledge,Professional Ability,Professional Personality,ProfessionalFeelings),18 aspects(including three kinds of essential knowledge,nine professional abilities,three kinds of professional personality and three levels of professional feelings,etc.)and "forty third-level indicators".The relationship and rationality of each factor in the indicator system are verified.The purpose of the establishment of the indicator system of the professional quality of the primary school class teacher is to provide a reference basis for evaluating the professional quality of the primary school headteacher and making the detailed rules for the evaluation of the primary school headteacher.The innovation of this indicator system lies in the following:It has collected the existing rules and procedures for the assessment of primary schools,literature research,first-line interviews,personal experience and other real materials.It divided of the primary school headteacher professional quality indicators of the three indicators,and establish the evaluation criteria and basic framework of indicators.In order to further revise and perfect the deficiency of the indicator system,this will help to effectively solve the dilemma of the low level hovering in the primary school head teacher,stimulate the consciousness of the professional development of the primary school headteacher,enrich the idea of the evaluation of the primary school headteacher,to improve the level of professional quality of the primary school headteacher.
