Children love playing games outdoors,and outdoor games can promote the development of children's sports skills,cognition and sociality more than indoor games.At the same time,children's creativity,autonomy and exploration spirit are also cultivated in outdoor games.Toys are the material basis of the game,and the outdoor games are directly affected by outdoor toys.There is no universal standard for kindergarten' s outdoor toys equipment in China,and there are still many confusions among kindergarten' s teachers.What do kindergarten' s outdoor toys equipment depend on to determine the variety and quantity of toys?Except purchasing from market,is there any other way to be the source of kindergarten' s outdoor toys?What is the update of the kindergarten' s outdoor toys,how to update it,and how often is it appropriate?This study taking the S kindergarten of one county in Hunan province as a case,investigating the basic present situation of its outdoor toys equipment,summarizing its successful experience and analyzing its existing problems,and exploring the kindergarten outdoor toys equipment with basic strategy,including the source of the toys,the strategy of delivery and the update.The study finds that the case kindergarten' s outdoor toys equipment are as the following conditions:Firstly,outdoor toy is equipped with a variety of types,covering sports toys,construction toys,toys for sand,toys for water,art toys and character toys which totally are 6 categories,with the largest number of sports toys and character toys.Secondly,outdoor toys have a wide range of sources,including market,home-made and family paths,with more than 60%of the toys purchased from the market.Thirdly,the type of outdoor toys is updated as many types of toys,and the update is based on the development needs of children and the needs of the game.The following problems were found in the outdoor toys equipment of the case kindergarten:Firstly,outdoor toys equipment are lack of goal orientation which made its equipment are unreasonable;Secondly,the source of outdoor toys equipment is limited and the resources are not exploited;Thirdly,outdoor toys equipment are highly subjective and have no files of its outdoor toy.We get a lot of useful enlightenment from this research:Firstly,outdoor toys equipment should be integrated with outdoor environment construction;Secondly,outdoor toys equipment should be co-innovated with game resources exploit;Thirdly,outdoor toys equipment should be synchronized with the construction of the kindergarten's own curriculum.
