With the development of China's education reform,high schools have also been baptism of new concepts and new ideas,and the most basic elements of education – teacher-student relationship became the focus of public attention.At home and abroad have made remarkable achievements,but most studies limited to theory development,or high school,in the area there are many gaps and a lack of research.Author case study of Fenyi Middle School of Xinyu city,Jiangxi province,collecting a large number of school information consolidation,codifying,explore from the study.With a view to establishment of good relationship between teachers and students in this study for high school provides some useful lessons,to contribute to the development of education in China.This paper consists of the following parts:The first part of the introduction,describes the background to the study significance,contents and methods,as well as research and technical lines.And review of the literature.Elaborated summary of domestic and foreign research results,in order to find the theoretical basis of this research.Second part of Fenyi questionnaire investigation and analysis on the status of teacher-student relationship in middle school.Issue volume design and research are discussed,as well as data presentation,data analysis and survey results.The third Part of Fenyi secondary school teacher-student relationship and causes analysis of concrete problems.According to the demonstrated indifference,relational opposites and utility issues,from teachers,carried out a detailed analysis of the students and schools.Part four suggestions to improve the teacher-student relationship and countermeasures.From building a good mechanism,improving teacher quality and school management,discusses the exploration of constructing harmonious relationship between teachers and students through.In conclusion,this study summarizes how research and points out the problems and deficiencies.
