The development of computer network and information technology have changed the teachingenvironment and conditions to a large extent, it makes undergone profound changes to human for gettingknowledge, information, and transmitting and placating them, also to the teaching idea, method and means.But there are still many teachers stay in the traditional teaching concept and teaching mode level, such asmy secondary school of computer professional students in the " Dreamweaver "(static web production)course, due to the traditional existing teaching form that lack of attraction and teaching time and space islimited to a great extent, so the study enthusiasm and initiative of students are low, even they does not passthe course examination.Open source platform Claroline and its hybrid learning theory timely provide a new scheme to solvethese problems. Blended learning have combined network learning platform and traditional way, resourcesand teaching methods, so get the teaching optimization. This paper attempts to use the open sourceClaroline teaching platform, through teaching design and organize “Dreamweaver " course teachingpractice, explore the value of application of blended learning model and Claroline platform inDreamweaver course study. To improve the learning efficiency of the student. Practice has proved that itcan superior to the single teaching mode to using class Claroline platform to implement blended learning.Blended learning can improve the students learning enthusiasm, collaboration ability and enhance theirinformation literacy.The highlight of this research mainly refer to three aspects:(1) we propose the concept of blendedlearning on Claroline based on the previous work;(2) we put the hybrid learning instructional designprocess;(3) we present the new teaching and learning approaches which provides a basis for theories of "double main " mode for studying Dreamweaver course in the secondary vocational schools.
