Ideological and political theory class acts as the main position of college students’ ideological education, it play an irreplaceable role in t College education. In the new situation of development, social put forward the new task and requirement to ideological education in college. There are a number of problems in traditional ideological education courses. How to improve the current status of ideological teaching, to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course, to innovative teaching modes, to improve the teaching quality of ideological education, are urgent problems to solve. Under the merging background of informatization and education, setting up a effective online learning platform for ideological course, to provide strong support for the innovation of ideological and political education, have become the focus of attention. In addition, the informational technology has also provided a hypertext learning environment for learners, they can learn in a flexible and nonlinear way of learning. Their learning behaviors are mutational, random and unpredictable. To this end, the author try to start from the concept of nonlinear learning, designing a blended learning platform to assist learning ideological class in college.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of the online learning platform and blended learning platform used in colleges and universities. On the basis of the connotation and characteristics of nonlinear learning and blended learning, it combed characteristics of the blended learning platform in the view of nonlinear learning concept, which fuse features of the two ways of learning. Then this paper sums up the academic features and the study status quo of ideological education courses in colleges and universities, and it analyses the advantages of using the blended learning platform which in the view of nonlinear learning concept in ideological education courses. Secondly, this article points out the design ideas and principles about this platform, build the whole system architecture and organization structure of this platform, and design the learning platform from this four module:course study, e-book stacks, online testing, personal center. On the basis of the complete platform prototype, it designs two application cases for this learning platform in teaching modes of flip classroom and teaching class. Finally, this article summarizes the whole research process, and rethinks the deficiency of this study, which lacks detailed analysis of the learners’ needs, and does not include application study.At the present, with the development of educational reform and modernization of higher education, the traditional of ideological and political course is faced with the challenge of method and pattern change. This study aims to provide diverse learning ways with learners, expand an effective way to the ideological and political education, and use the network technology and digital technology to promote ideological curriculum reform in colleges and universities. At the same time, this research studies the design and application of nonlinear learning platform, which enrich the research system about nonlinear learning.
