The Research On The Strategies Of The Craftsman's Spirit Cultivation In The Vocational School Under The Vision Of "Made In China"

In recent years,“Made in China” is one of the most popular words,but if there is no “spirit of the craftsman”,the country's manufacturing,especially the intelligent manufacturing,can be no real international competitiveness.Since the influence of the demographic dividend in China brought by manufacturing power has gradually faded away from the historical stage,the changing from the manufacturing country to the manufacturing power is calling the “spirit of the craftsman”.Vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the nation's party and government,as it shoulders the important task of training high quality talents with technical skills vocational,schools and colleges must pay attention to the cultivation of students' “spirit of the craftsman ”.This kind of spirit cannot be achieved effortlessly,it needs a long-term,multi-channel approach to nurture the students,meanwhile,students' values of “spirit of the craftsman ”should be vigorously shaped.By reading a lot of documents and material,this paper analyzes the new implications of “spirit of the craftsman” under the new situation,traces the development and loss of “spirit of craftsman” in China,and makes the analysis of the internal relationship between Chinese manufacturing industry and the spirit of craftsman by combining the cultivation of “spirit of craftsman” in vocational schools and colleges.on the base of structure of schooling and specialties setup,curriculu mconstruction and teaching methods,this paper explores the bottleneck in the cultivation of “spirit of craftsman” and analyzes the causes of the problems.Focusing on these issues,the paper puts forward the countermeasureon education reform,the cultivation of “spirit of craftsman” and teaching Reform& Practice.From the View Point of Policy,this paper proposes to develop the education in higher vocational colleges as the undergraduate education,the industry department in charge of the professional education,and the seamlessly integration on education between the vocational schools and higher vocational colleges.On cultivation of the “the spirit of craftsman”:this paper proposes to develop the management culture of “the spirit of craftsman” in Vocational schools and colleges,the behavioralCulture of the students' “spirit of craftsman”,the students' values of this kind of spirit.On reform of education: this paper proposes to cultivate the spirit in Small-class-based of teaching in specialty Courses,and constructed the training mode of building the teaching studio like the old apprenticeship system to nurture this kind of spirit.Trough the series of measures,this paper provides some useful exploration for the cultivation of “the spirit of craftsman” in Vocational Schools under the vision of "Made in China".
