China's rural areas are widely distributed and rural basic education has been very weak for a long time.In 2010,in order to promote the sustainable development of rural basic education in Hunan Province and alleviate the tense situation of teachers in Hunan's rural areas,Hunan Province started to implement the a new rural primary school teacher training model-"junior middle school starting from six years of undergraduate rural primary school teachers",This paper takes the first graduate who graduated from junior middle school in 2016 of music major in rural primary school,as the object of study.Through literature analysis,case interviews,questionnaires and other research methods to research the real situation.of status quo and growth for the graduatesThis paper is divided into five parts.Chapter 1 is to introduct,the origin of this study,the status quo of domestic research,and the significance of the research.Chapter 2The research ideas and methods,interview outline and questionnaire design,distribution recovery and statistical analysis process were explained.Chapter 3 is to analysize and study the status quo of their inauguration from the the selection graduates choose,the status quo of the school,the work of the three aspects Chapter 4 is to analysize and research from four aspects:the graduate major preparation,major growth,psychological adaptation and career planning of post-employment growth.Chapter 5It is a part of confusion and reflection for which reflects on the present situation of the first graduates and the problems of music teachers in rural areas.
