As a new group of graduates,full-time professional graduates for master’s degree are facing higher employment pressure, though the cultivation of them is orientated in specialty, practice and application which theoretically are more relevant to the actual demands of employers. The formal questionnaire is formed through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, the reliability inspection and the validity inspection on preliminary test questionnaire according to the 445 valid preliminary test samples with the application of the software tools of SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0. Secondly, the investigation data of 932 valid formal samples is analyzed for differences in an empirical method to test and verify the relevant hypotheses.
