The Research Of The Application Of Village Regulations And Rules On The Teaching Of Morality And Law In Rural Middle Schools

Village regulations and rules,a series of behavior rules about production,life,behavior and moral restraint,which are made by residents within certain territorial scope in terms of their own actual conditions and law.It is also a moral mode of village people,presenting a value from daily life and the wisdom of rural areas.Rural rules,with a huge amount of content,include passive points which are out of date,but the positive points it embodies are more.From a new perspective,China has separated the rural rales from local curriculum resources,applying positive rural rules like moral education and law-based regulation to middle-school moral and legal education.Those positive rules have become a curriculum resource of moral and legal teaching.The new version of the textbook "morality and rule of law" made by the Ministry of Education focus more on exploring the humanism and morals of Chinese traditional culture,so teachers should discuss how to use these excellent course resources in their teaching.The application of rural rules to moral and legal teaching by rural middle schools has theoretical basis,and several necessary points including the enmiching of teaching content,a great attention paid to students' life,realization of teaching task and cultivation of core qualities.There are three strategies which can apply rural rules into the moral and legal teaching with the teaching practice of rural middle schools.First,teachers should choose suitable teaching resources in terms of teaching contents.Second,teachers must focus on implementing the teaching process from introduction to the last teaching step.Third,teachers must emphasize extracurricular practice exploration,which enables students to improve their quality in social researches and voluntary activities.At last,the result of the application of rural rules to the moral and legal teaching of middle schools can verify the feasibility of the strategies mentioned above.Above all,practice and research prove that the application of rural rules to moral and legal teaching of rural middle schools is based on theory and is extremely necessary.It also can lead to a good teaching effect.
