In today's world,integration education has become a trend of special education.As an important part of it,pre-integration education has gradually received attention from people in recent years.In Shandong Province,in 2016,it was issued a notice of work as a point of care.Strengthen pre-integration education exploration.In this study,520 teachers and 2405 parents of kindergartens in Jinan City were surveyed,and they concluded that the current preschool integration education in Jinan is at a very early stage and that teachers and parent groups that have a relatively good integration philosophy and relatively positive acceptance attitude are in charge.At present,the number of special children admitted to kindergartens in Jinan City is relatively small,and the overall lack of exploration of pre-integration education is still a problem.Combining with the current situation of investigation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the predicament of preschool pre-integration education in Jinan from the two aspects of kindergarten itself and support security system.There are seven reasons for the predicament of preschool integration education in Jinan:First,the lack of preschool integration education in kindergartens is reflected in the lack of effective adjustment programs for special children in kindergartens and the lack of use of resource classrooms to protect special children.Special education services,such as formulation of education programs,professional training of teachers,etc.Second,pre-school integration education lacks corresponding institutional support,and there are few strong guarantees in terms of policies and systems.Third,pre-integrated education lacks necessary financial support.Adequate funding for protection;Fourth,pre-integration education lacks effective professional support,especially the intensity of current pre-integration education supervision and inspection is weak;Fifth,pre-integration education lacks the necessary guarantees for teachers,on the one hand due to the increased teaching burden.Teachers exclude exclusion and integration.On the other hand,due to lack of professional knowledge,teachers are unable to cope.Sixth,pre-integration education lacks information resources database.Seventh,pre-integration education lacks relevant social support,mainly because parents lack pre-school integration expertise.In view of the predicament of preschool integration education in Jinan City,this study proposes to strengthen kindergarten preschool integration education exploration;improve preschool special education policies and regulations;guarantee investment in preschool integration education;strengthen preschool integration education supervision and inspection;enhance preschool teacher professional standards;establish preschool Integrate database of information resources;give full play to these seven strategies for effective assistance from parent groups.
