Primary school teachers are important people in the development of primary school students,their attitude towards the profession will directly affect the development of children's emotions.In recent years,the phenomenon of teachers occupation burnout,and occupation identity is also declining,the growing contradiction between the teachers and the society,these problems seriously affect the teacher's work attitude and physical and mental health.In view of this,this study used teacher occupation identity questionnaire,Teachers Occupation Burnout Questionnaire and questionnaire of teachers' professional development of three kinds of research tools,157 teachers of three primary school in Qinan county were investigated,so as to understand the primary school teachers on the occupation identity and teachers' occupation burnout,as well as the current situation of teachers' professional development,and to further explore the relationship between the three,to promote the occupation identity of primary school teachers,primary school teachers occupation burnout elimination,greatly promote the professional development of primary school teachers,and finally provides theoretical guidance to improve their level of education and teaching.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The primary school teachers in Qinan County have higher degree of professional identity,but more serious job burnout and higher level of professional development,among which the score of professional knowledge dimension is the highest.(2)Primary school teachers' professional identity had significant difference in age factors,but had no significant difference in sex,teaching age,educational background and wage income,indicating that age was the main factor affecting teachers' professional identity.(3)Primary school teachers' job burnout had significant differences in four aspects:age,teaching age,education level,and wage income,but there was no significant difference in gender.(4)The professional development of primary school teachers has significant differences in age,teaching age,educational background and wage income,but there is no significant difference in gender.(5)There is a significant negative correlation between primary school teachers' professional identity and job burnout,a significant negative correlation between job burnout and professional development,and a significant positive correlation between teachers' professional identity and professional development.(6)The dimension of occupational belonging in professional identity and the dimension of emotional exhaustion in job burnout are the factors that influence the professional development of teachers,and the sense of professional belonging and emotional exhaustion can predict the professional development of teachers.
