A new round of curriculum reform in the ordinary high school sports and health courses to give the school,the school on the basis of "the ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standard(Experiment)"and "2010-2020 national long-term development program",the option of teaching combined with the practice of the school-based curriculum,nature has completely.The development of school-based sports curriculum in China is still in the stage of development in theory and practice.Changsha middle school began to enter a new round of curriculum reform,the Changsha has good sports human environment and geographical environment,the curriculum resources are more abundant,so the current situation of school-based curriculum development under the background of Changsha middle school new curriculum research has very important significance to deepen the reform of China's basic education base.The 20 school district six Changsha city on issues related to the development of school-based curriculum by questionnaire survey,and using the method of literature,logical analysis and mathematical statistics method,analysis the following conclusions and recommendations of the survey results:In 1 Changsha city middle school sports school-based curriculum development is:55.56%of the total sample of school sports school-based curriculum has developed and achieved good results.development is:27.78%of the total sample of school sports school-based curriculum has developed The problems still exist:the curriculum awareness and curriculum development ability of PE teachers are still very weak;sports facilities and facilities are seriously lacking.2 Changsha city high school sports school-based curriculum development has achieved good results,school-based curriculum development,embodies the characteristics of each school sports,and organized in the major sporting event have gained good results;at the same time,school-based curriculum but also by students and parents in the process of the implementation of satisfaction.3 Changsha city high school sports teacher is the subject of school-based curriculum development,school-based curriculum development,implementation effect,by PE Teachers' awareness of curriculum development and the quality of physical education teachers(skill level,teaching level)influence,but also by the principals,parents,students and the community to restrict participation.4 school sports school-based curriculum development must follow the government's fundamental policy,combined with our own characteristics of development.From practice,we can give full play to the advantages of sports resources in our school,mobilize all positive factors and get support from all sides,so that the development can be achieved.Recommendations:1the development of school-based curriculum should be combined with the national curriculum.Only through the proportion of curriculum and national curriculum,the development of school-based curriculum can be developed.2school leaders should understand the needs of physical education and teachers' learning needs,and make targeted investment in the development of the resources required for the development of physical education curriculum.3The development of the main PE teachers responsible for school-based curriculum,curriculum development should strengthen their awareness,change the traditional teaching concept,actively participate in school-based curriculum development,regularly participate in the school-based training to improve their own level,to meet the requirements of physical education teachers in the school curriculum development.4we should make full use of all aspects of curriculum resources,pay attention to the transformation mechanism of curriculum resources both inside and outside school,and cultivate students' knowledge of motor skills with the teaching idea of shared resources.
