In the era of "Internet +",new technologies and concepts such as big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet and Internet of things have influenced all aspects of society,and have had an important impact on education activities.Such as based on the analysis of large data study,such as cloud computing and the combination of traditional classroom born Inverted Classroom,MOOC and Micro Learning Resource new form of teaching,and the generation of new form of teaching to teacher's professional knowledge and professional ability put forward new requirements and challenges.Teachers want to follow the time development,quickly adapt to the new form of teaching,and improve their professional accomplishment,must choose proper strategies of teacher professional development,including the teachers' independent professional development as the intrinsic motivation of teacher's professional development,the development strategy research is particularly important,this article focuses on the " Internet +" age teachers' independent professional development strategy.Firstly,by analyzing the impact of "Internet +" era on education,such as optimizing resource allocation,promoting education fairness;To break the monopoly of teachers'knowledge and the equal status of teachers and students;Respect students' personality differences and meet their personalized needs;Education model is diversified,and the characteristics of education in the era of "Internet +" are summarized,including sharing,interactivity and openness.In"Internet +" age,education produced many new changes,lead to the curriculum and teaching reform,including curriculum reform,to change the way to learn,to make the curriculum to be comprehensive,selectivity and regional balance,the independent,cooperative and inquiry learning way,curriculum and teaching reform of " Internet +,age puts forward new requirements to teachers' professional quality,including the requirement of knowledge structure,technology and methods of teaching demands,the demands of the roles between teachers and students,and to realize the new requirements to teachers'professional quality has caused the new change of teacher' s professional development,so this paper analyzes the " Internet+" age again the change of teacher's professional development,including the goal of development and debugging method and way of development and the content of the innovation,development condition and development policy,etc.,since the era of"Internet +" teacher professional development has changed so much,as a teacher should be how to face and adapt to the new requirements to teachers' professional development,what strategy to solve the present predicament,it is worth thinking about.With the new situation of teachers' professional development,although the state formulates a series of development policy,provides the beneficial development condition,but the teacher without independent development consciousness,not actively cooperate with and learning,everything is nothing,the teachers' independent professional development of teachers' professional development is the intrinsic thrust,so this paper studies the tactics of teachers' independent professional development,including renew ideas,knowledge can enrich,the transition of the role.The renewal of ideas mainly includes the enhancement ofself-development consciousness,the establishment of lifelong learning consciousness,the strengthening of network learning consciousness and the formation of "random learning"consciousness.The enrichment of knowledge can mainly include the improvement of information literacy;The improvement of the ability of "big data";The improvement of integration ability of technology,subject content and teaching mode;The improvement of open teaching ability.Role from "teaching" to the shift,including "learner",that is,changing from a closed argued the learners "to open" network learners ",by "the knowledge accumulation type" teachers to the "technology".By studying the "Internet +" teachers' independent development strategy,in order to change of teachers' concept of reality and ability of the promotion of information literacy,information technology teaching,some enlightenment to the change of relationship between teachers and students,prepare the way for teachers to better adapt to the modern teaching.
