Based on the principle of flipped classroom, the author proposes an improved way of micro courses in junior high schools - "flipped classroom" teaching scheme of micro courses. It provides some suggestions for micro course applied to information technology in junior high schools. The new teaching schemenot only improves students’ self-learning ability, self-exploration, learning efficiency in practice, also promotes the development of creation and innovation in IT teaching. After searching for a lot of information and analyzing thedata, the author did a four-step work for the present study:(1) To describes the present conditions of "flipped classroom" in home and abroad as well as status on micro courses;(2) To summarize problems existed in the teaching of China when Chinese teachers use micro classes in schools;(3) To design a teaching scheme of "flipped micro classes";(4) To do an experimental research by practical teaching casesand questionnaires in order to make a full conclusion. In the experimental study, the author selected students in class 4 and class 10 in grade seven of junior high school in Zhuhai as the subjects. And the author chose class 4 as the control class, and class 10 as the experimental class. The research lasted for a semester, and two classes of the same course with same teaching contents. The students’ cognitive ability, academic, and practical ability are at a same level, and they are taught by the same teachers. In this study, the data is collected by the way of testing before teaching practice and after teaching practice. The author, respectively, sent a survey before and after the experiment to test the student’s academic performance, student interest in learning, self-learning ability. The experimental data were analyzed by using an independent samples T-test comparative analysis, and the results showed that the hypothesis of this experiment is right. Conclusions of this study:1.In IT teaching in junior high schools, "flipped" teaching method can improve the quality of teaching, promote the improvement of academic performance.2. In the IT courses of junior high schools, the application of "flipped courses" can stimulate students ’self-learning ability to improve students’ interests in learning.3. The Teaching Method of "flipped classroom" of micro courses has a good effect on improving students ’self-learning ability, motivating interests in learning at the same time, Moreover, students’ cognitive level and skill level will be increased.4.In IT courses in junior high schools, the teaching method of "flipped classroom" of micro courses is significantly benefited for improving teaching effectiveness. The innovation of this paper is that the author will gather information both from the feedbacks before classes and self-reflections of the production after classes. The work author did can help teachers to teach and students to learn. The problems about "generation of knowledge", "hidden Issues" may be presented through the data analysis. Besides, it provides some inspirations for educators in doing further research in practice. At last, the author teaching experience is insufficient and period of doing research is limited. So there are many objective factors affected the results of the experimental study, yet more teaching research should be proved in the further way.
