Many studies have found that the mental health level of secondary vocational school students is significantly lower than that of ordinary high school students, and the growth of secondary vocational school students has attracted wide attention from the society. This study will investigate the secondary vocational students from three aspects of family structure, attachment relationship and peer relationship, which will help secondary vocational students to establish a good emotional connection and promote their mental health development.Attachment and peer relationship are very important emotional connections in the process of individual development.Chivalrous attachment refers to the strong emotional bond formed by the individual in infancy and early childhood, and the caregiver is often the mother. The generalized attachment relationship holds that the establishment and development of the attachment relationship is a dynamic process, which will run through the life of the person, and the object of attachment may be the parents, the love objects, the companions, etc.Attachment is the source of confidence and emotional support in individual growth, which is of great significance to the individual.A generalized definition of attachment is used in this study.Peer relationship refers to an equal and mutually beneficial relationship between children and peers who have the same social rights as themselves. The peer relationship provides children with the opportunity to learn and communicate,to meet the needs of individual safety, emotion, which is of great significance to the individual growth and socialization of children. This study takes 200 secondary vocational students in one Chengdu vocational senior middle school as the research object, adopting the method of questionnaire investigation. We use the Inventory of Parents and Peer Attachment(IPPA)to measure the quality of students and parents and peer Attachment relationship, and use the Inventory of Child and Adolescent Peer Relationships to measure the quality of students'companion relationship. There are three levels of family structure:single-parent family, stepfamily, and nuclear family. And the results show that:1.The quality of attachment relationship with father significantly lower than attachment relationship with mother and peers;2.Under different family structures, there is a significant difference in the quality of attachment relationship among students, and the quality of student attachment in stepfamily and the nuclear family is significantly higher than that of single-parent families.3.Under the different family structure, the quality of attachment relationship and the quality of peer relationship of secondary vocational students were significantly different, and all the single parent families were significantly lower than the reorganized family and the whole family.4.The linear relationship between attachment relationship and peer relationship is significant.Attachment relationship can predict peer relationship quality.Peer relationship is the most explanatory peer attachment(R~2=0.34).5.There is no significant difference between the quality of attachment and the quality of peer relationship. The study shows:the family structure has an important influence to the students in secondary vocational school attachment relationship and peer relationship;there is a significant positive correlation between attachment relationship and peer relationship of two kinds of emotional connection, and attachment quality can significantly predict the quality of peer relationships;gender differences in attachment relationship and peer relationship quality is not significant.
