In the background of the changing development pattern of Chinese education,"culture force","soft strength" and "cultural management" have become high frequency words.School culture construction has become an important topic in education academic circle.Not only did that happened,it has also been promoted to the strategic height of the overall development of school with constant new connotation given and becoming an important grasp for strengthening the core competitiveness of school.In this situation,more and more educational practitioners started to focus on this field,pay attention to the building of cultural fields in school,emphasize on the creation of life fields of students and teachers so as to realize the appearance of school culture in the education and teaching.This is an inevitable measure for implementing the basic task of moral education,fulfilling scientific development concept and promoting educational equality as well as an effective method to implement the education of socialist core values.In order to solve the dilemma and promote the harmonious and balanced educational development and improve soft power constantly,local education administrative department of Pingjiang started to promote school culture construction,enhance deep educational development under the circumstances of weak economic foundation and limited resources,so as to compensate for the insufficient high quality education resources and break the restriction.This paper takes Pingjiang county as the typical case of current school culture construction in county region.After several surveys in Pingjiang,it has been found that Pingjiang has made many effective practical explorations in promoting school cultural construction in recent years with remarkable results.This study attempts to examine the practice and reflect the theory of school culture construction in Pingjiang,comprehensively summarizes and analyzes their results,and then analyzes the problems existing in the school construction.Other than that,the paper raised further optimizing strategy on the basis of known results and it also provided a practical basis and reference for school culture construction in other counties.The research takes Pingjiang county in Hunan Province as an example which based on the overview that is mainly directed to the definitions,principles and meanings of the county school culture construction.On the basis of the empirical investigation,it analyzes the background,strategic conception,development plan,construction idea,practice content and measures of the school culture construction in the county area.What's more,the paper makes an analysis of the achievements and problems in school culture construction in Pingjiang county.It also studies the further advancing path of the school culture construction in the county area and puts forward our opinions and suggestions.In order to enrich the cultural construction of primary and secondary schools in our country,this paper provides a case from Pingjiang County,and also expresses our thoughts on the construction of school culture in the county area.
