China is a large agricultural country,with nearly 300 million primary and middle school students in rural areas,accounting for about 80% of the total number of primary and middle school students.At present,physical education in rural schools is an important part of rural school education.It is also an important stage for all-round development of students' quality education and their moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development.However,physical education teachers in rural primary schools shouldered the task of training students' sports consciousness and guiding them to participate in sports activities.As a physical education teacher,it is a long way to go.As the basis of the quality education in the vast rural areas,the rural primary school physical education should be paid more attention.Improving the teaching ability of rural primary school PE teachers is an important way to promote the development of primary school physical education.The investigation on the situation of teaching ability in Anhui Province,Hefei city under the jurisdiction of Changfeng County rural primary school physical education teachers,94 primary school physical education teachers in 34 rural primary school in the county is selected as the survey questionnaire,understand the status quo of the development of teaching ability of Rural Primary School Physical Education teacher's teaching ability has summarized the development of Changfeng County Rural combing primary school PE Teachers' problems,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to Changfeng County Rural Primary School Physical Education Teachers' teaching ability to provide theoretical support.Conclusions: 1)Changfeng County Rural Primary School Physical Education Teachers gender structure is unreasonable,the low proportion of women;age structure culture collocation is reasonable;the academic structure is relatively low,needs to be further improved;the title structure is relatively high;accept the post training in teacher training a large number of professional sports,but the training content is less.2)the ability of extracurricular sports organization management: the lack of basictraining ability,there are larger and more urgent in this respect needs to improve innovation ability;research teaching: problems,active learning power in a short period of time,the ability to learn to accept the new teaching method and teaching theory,implementation and Application of the new curriculum can not be flexible evaluation and reflection ability;teaching needs to be improved,especially the ability of teaching reflection;classroom teaching practice ability in teaching method application ability is weak,control ability and organization and management capacity need to be improved;teaching design ability,especially the old teacher.3)the factors affecting the development of teachers' teaching ability include physical teacher factors and school factors.Physical education teachers' own problems include: lack of understanding of their own teaching ability,lack of enthusiasm for personal work,lack of reflection and improvement of teaching activities,low level of comprehensive quality and weak consciousness of self-improvement.School factors: leadership attention degree is not enough,the lack of funds,lack of organizational communication activities,lack of teaching ability training,College Physical Education Majors and teachers' ability needs,the school system is not perfect,the lack of teachers to improve the teaching ability of enthusiasm,the school sports teaching conditions.Study suggests that: 1)sports teacher recruitment in women due to the tilt,the introduction of a large number of highly educated,high professional physical education teachers,physical education teachers through a variety of ways to increase low education training and learning opportunities,improve the overall quality,pay attention to pre service training and vocational training of teachers in training combination.2)we should strengthen the teaching and research innovation ability,classroom teaching practice ability,extracurricular organization and management ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability,and teaching design ability of rural primary school PE teachers,so as to enhance the teaching ability of rural primary school PE teachers in Changfeng County.3)through the teachers' teaching training,improve the comprehensive ability of teaching;change the educational ideas,enhance the development of internal force;to strengthen the self reflection and teachingpractice of physical education teachers;constructing rural sports teachers training model(school-based training mode,school training mode);optimization of College Physical Education Major Students' ability;improve the school regulations system,arouse the enthusiasm of the work of teachers;improve teaching conditions,enhance the initiative of teachers' learning;increase financial input,to provide power support;the establishment of incentive mechanism of the school level.
