In recent years,the issue of after-school has attracted much attention.For various reasons,parents have a large demand for after-school,but there is a blank space in the supervisory for after-school,so there are many risks for pupils in after-school.There is very little research on the supervisory of after-school in the domestic academic.This is a practical study of social work program evaluation,it takes a community supervisory project for After-school as research target.The community supervisory project in X Community is a practical project that has been developed for more than a decade,and is a model of innovative community governance.This paper uses the logical model as a research tool to assess whether the program's development has satisfied the needs of various stakeholders and solved the problem based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected.Results:The development of the community supervisory program in X community met some needs of the stakeholders such as managers of after-school,elderly volunteers,parents,and students.Six after-schools in the community have been qualified,parents are highly satisfied with them,and students' security is guaranteed.It makes schools no longer worry about student safety and promotes the community's harmony.Discussion:Firstly,using a logical model for project evaluation has some advantages.Secondly,the supervisory project of X community after-school is quite effective,which shows that supervision of after-school can improve the quality of management of after-school and protect the rights of after-school service buyers and users.In the elderly volunteers team,a self,organizational management model has been formed,it makes the team standardized,stable,united,and organized.we also discuss about the future development of the project,it should pay attention to educating parents,advocating projects and promoting equal dialogue among multi-stakeholders.This study is a practical research which has enriched the existing research about after-school in some extent.This research is guided by logical models,and evaluate whether the project responds to the needs of various stakeholders through the program output and effect,it provides some new ideas for project evaluation in social work.
