Since the 18 th National Congress,the attention of ideological and moral education has greatly improved.In the new age,ideological and moral construction continues to heat up.Moral education is a main way to improve the ideological and moral level of students in secondary vocational schools,and its teaching effectiveness is closely related to the development of moral quality of secondary vocational students.Although curriculum reform has developed for many years,the teaching quality of moral education is still not ideal influenced by traditional teaching methods.Therefore,it is difficult to play an important role in the moral education in secondary vocational school.Under the circumstance,it is necessary to change the teaching method of moral education in secondary vocational schools.Under the guidance of the instructors,action learning refers to diverse group members acting,questioning and reflecting on problems.This method which is to improve study efficiency is called action learning method.In recent years,with the wide spread of action learning in China,some domestic scholars apply action learning to the research of teaching.The emphasis on "learning,questioning,reflection and cooperation" in action learning coincides with the concept of "students' subjectivity,problem inquiry,teacher-student cooperation" advocated by the new curriculum.It also provides a new way for the curriculum reform of morality lessons of secondary vocational schools.The paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and research methods,as well as the innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second part is the related summary of the action learning method.This part mainly includes the connotation of the action learning method,the theoretical foundation of the action learning method and the significance of the action learning method applied in the moral education in secondary vocational schools.The third part is the practice of action learning in moral education in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,it establishes the application principle of the dynamic learning method in the moral education course of the secondary vocational school.After that,it discusses the application process of the action learning method in the moral education course of the secondary vocational schools.Finally,it analyzes the application effect of the action learning method in the moral education course of the secondary vocational school through theteaching experiment.The fourth part is the problems which exist in the action learning method application of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The main problems include: insufficient preparation of teaching,bottleneck of teaching implementation and formality of teaching reflection.The fifth part is the suggestion of the application of the action learning method in the moral education course of the secondary vocational school.In view of the problems in the application,main suggestions include the specialization of teaching preparation,the deepening of the teaching implementation and the high efficiency of teaching reflection.The sixth part is conclusion.On the basis of summing up this study,the future research is prospected.
