Secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high skilled and applied talents for the society to develop production,service and technical management.With the development of the social economy and the renewal of the enterprise technology,the demands of the enterprise on the professional knowledge,professional skills and professional attitude of the staff are constantly improving.It is urgent to reform teaching methods and improve teaching quality.Action oriented teaching method is gradually formed in 1980 s in the German occupation education ideas and teaching modes and methods,it advocates "activities as a guide,take the student as the center,take ability as the standard",requires the formation of interactive teaching mode.As the main body of learning,students actively participate in the whole process of teaching,give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of learning,and the teacher becomes the guide and mentor of learning.In the teaching process,through the guidance of behavior,improve students’ interest in learning,cultivate students’ innovative thinking,and form a unique direct experience,knowledge and skills and comprehensive vocational ability.Vocational school students also need to have a comprehensive occupation ability,to better adapt to the development needs of the market and the society,in the acquisition of proficiency in a particular line at the same time.Therefore,the action oriented teaching method and the secondary vocational school education concept and talent training goals have great fit.Action oriented teaching method of student learning autonomy,teaching process integrity,teaching activities and teaching evaluation of the cooperative multi-dimensional typical characteristics,so in the teaching practice to the multiple intelligence theory,constructivism theory and humanism theory,emphasizing the role of students in the learning process and pay attention to cultivating students’ comprehensive occupation ability.In order to fully understand the application of action oriented teaching in secondary vocational schools,8 vocational schools in Zibo city as the research object,the action oriented teaching method of cognition and facing the action oriented teaching method by application,the difficulties and the impact of the action oriented teaching method,training and other related factors were investigated in detail.Through investigation,find out the problems in the implementation of action oriented teaching method in secondary vocational schools.Then,we collect the different professional cases,carry out the implementation steps and the case analysis of the common methods of action oriented teaching method,and sum up the advantages of the action oriented teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method.Finally,from the perspective of the reform of secondary vocational school education and teaching,the paper puts forward the effective strategies of action oriented teaching in secondary vocational schools.The practice results show that,after continuously improved and optimized,action oriented teaching method can be more reasonable to carry out the implementation of teachers’ Education in vocational schools,the quality of education and scientific research ability is greatly improved,stimulate students’ interest,professional quality and comprehensive occupation ability get all-round development,to cultivate practical demand for modern enterprises the high-quality,high skilled talents.
