Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and a large number of rural population have entered the cities and towns,pushing forward the process of industrialization and urbanization.The problem of migrant population in cities and towns also follows.Originally,The mode of population migration was the behavior of main labor force.Nowadays the mode has changed into the behavior of partial or whole family,Which leads into migrant children follow their parents into the city and towns accompanied with serial education problems.In view of this situation,state and local governments have introduced various policies to support migrant children's educational right in some degree.But the education problems of migrant children still exist because of the incomplete policies and the powerful discretion belong to executive objects.To solve the problems not only promotes the fairness of the social education,but also promotes the good and rapid development of the urbanization in China.With the rapid development of economy,the demand for labor in Chengmai has increased year by year.With the large number of migration enters the cities and towns in the mode of whole family,the education of migrant children has become increasingly prominent,which has brought severe tests to the county government.The paper through field visits to relevant county departments to comprehend the policies and regulations and index data,collecting the sample information,then integratedly using of literature analysis,policy analysis,questionnaire analysis,case analysis and other methods to review the current system of household registration and education system of Chengmai County,found that educational resources are not enough to supply the demand of migrant children's ceducation,high rate of dropout,serious psychological problems led into difficulties of social fusion.The reason is that household registration,education and govenment supervision system is not good enough,public school coverage is not wildly,families and schools have ignorance on children's education and,migrant children take the responsibilities to their families too earlier.The paper advise to improve the household registration system and the supporting measures of compulsory education,promote the process of school-foundation including diversified participators,also pay much more attention to education by migrant families themself,enhance the legal system to force parents to undertake responsibility for decreasing the rate of dropout and increasing the rate of enrollment,etc.These Countermeasures in this paper could achieve educational fairness,solve the educational problems of the migrant children of Chengmai County,and promote the harmonious development of society and economy in Chengmai County.
