A Narrative Study On The Career Choice Of Normal Students

Career choice is a difficult problem for every university student to graduate.At the same time node,some people are full of self-confidence and some people are hesitant.As a teacher of the future,normal school students are particularly important in their career choices.It is not only related to the training efficiency of normal education,but also the quality of the whole education system.Therefore,exploring the process and influencing factors of normal students' career choice is of great significance to the training of normal students.Through the narrative study,this paper outlines the general process of career choice by presenting the career choice of normal school students,summarizes the important factors that affect their career choice,and focuses on how normal students can make a reasonable career choice.The paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part: the introduction,starting from the study of the research,determined the research goals and significance,combed the relevant research results,and elaborated the important concepts,research methods and research process in the study.The second part: the first chapter to the fourth chapter is the narration of normal students' career choice process.The career choice process of normal students includes four stages: sprouting,registration for teachers' majors,exploration in universities and decision making at graduation.Normal students form the initial cognition of teacher's profession at the stage of germination,and formally enter the ranks of normal students through the choice of college majors.They continue to explore in universities and continue to improve their self knowledge andprofessional knowledge,and make career decisions at the end of college.The third part: the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are the summary and reflection of the study.On the basis of the narrative of the career choice of the normal students,this study draws the conclusion of the two aspects.First,the general process and the important influence factors of the career choice of the normal students are summed up.Secondly,it is found in the narrative of the career choice of the normal students.Knowledge,self knowledge and professional knowledge are the key elements to make a reasonable career choice.According to the research conclusion,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving normal students' career choice from three aspects: normal students,schools and families.Finally,the whole research process is reconsidered from the aspects of research ethics and research process.
