Research On The Cultivation Of Innovative Ability Of High School Political Teachers

The teacher's ability to innovate is the sum of all kinds of abilities such as the novelty,uniqueness,analysis of problems,effective problem solving,and summarization of problems embodied in teachers' education and teaching activities.The ability of teachers to innovate not only affects the implementation of educational innovation,but also affects the development of students' innovative ability.One of the importantsymbols of measuring a teacher's eligibility in the new era is innovation ability.Constantly improving their own abilities has become a driving force for the teachers' career development.High school is a critical period for the development of students and it's also an important period for the cultivation of innovative abilities.Therefore,the strength of teachers' innovative ability will have a direct impact on the cultivation of students' innovative ability.The smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform has put forward higher requirements for the high school political teacher's ability to innovate.On the one hand,cultivating the innovative abilities of high school political teachers canimprove the overall quality and teaching ability of teachers and promote the career development of teachers.On the other hand,it can cultivate students' innovative thinking and innovative abilities,inspire students' interest in learning,and promote the overall development of students.This will enable teachers to complete their teaching tasks better.Adopting the literature search,interview and observation as its research methods,this article analyzes the current situation of the innovation ability of high school political teachers,finds out the existing problems of high school political teachers' innovation ability,and gives some suggestions for cultivating high school political teachers' innovation ability,so as to provide references for cultivating innovation ability of high school political teachers.This article can be divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background of the topic,literature review,the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part discusses the important role of high school politicalteachers' innovative ability mainly from four aspects: curriculum reform of high school politicsteachers' professional development,political discipline theory development,and solving practical problem in teaching.The third part,discusses and deeply analyzes the factors influencing the cultivation of high school political teachers' innovation ability from aspects of high school political teachers' innovation consciousness,scientific research capacity,innovation ability and training mechanism.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for cultivating the innovation ability of high school political teachers.With an analysis of the existing problems,some suggestions are proposed from some aspects such as the high school political teachers,schoolsand so on,aiming at cultivating the innovation ability of high school political teachers.
